Tracker FAQ

How does the tracker know what I can get?

Every Heart Piece, Heart Container and Gold Skulltula has a list of the items, songs and age it needs, computed from the community OoT Randomizer logic using the normal (non-randomized, no-glitch) game. Tick what you own and the list updates instantly.

Is this accurate for the Switch 2 remake?

The requirements are based on the original N64 game. We re-check every location in the remake after launch and mark changes on the matching guide pages. If something is different in your game, tell us through the Contact page.

Where is my progress saved?

In your browser (localStorage) on this device only. Use Export progress to save a backup file and Import progress to move it to another device.

What does "night" mean?

Those Gold Skulltulas only appear at night. Play the Sun's Song or wait in an area where time passes, such as Hyrule Field.
